Indie Label Initiates Download Offerings
Mt. Vernon, Iowa Octobedr 10 2003-- Midwestern Independent Record Label Heart Consort Music is now offering downloads from it's catalog of 12 CD releases directly to website visitors with no subscriptions, no registrations, and best of all, no wading through hundreds of artists and albums. Through a new affiliation with Paystone Technologies HCM now offers authorized, piracy protected downloads to website visitors for $1.00 per song.
A label representative states, "Anyone may visit our site, download one or more songs and then burn their own custom CD or use the song(s) in whatever player they wish... We want to make it as simple as possible for people to get our songs, without all the searching, registering, subscribing and so forth... We're pleased that our association with Paystone has made this possible."
